My son missed an appointment with no phone call reminders before or after and they canceled his session all together with them. 2 month wait list. I understand with so many people no call no showing, it can be difficult but to give no type of notice with email, mail, text or call. I'm disgusted.
Horrible experience Dr.Harris calls CPS on people and lies… because he was called out on a lie he is intentionally putting my 6 year olds physical and mental health in danger and failing to report actual abuse! when I spoke up about it today he called CPS with the WRONG information and told them he was now worried about her mental health.. please be aware these BOCES programs are all linked they are all against your child! Your child will ALWAYS be at fault no matter what,

In a desperate attempt to get my son help, I was referred to this clinic, they told me there was a waiting list, and i accepted that. In Watertown, there are waiting lists everywhere. What choice does a desperate parent have? However, the clinic called me 2 seperate times trying to convince me to take my son off their list because he would be 18 in 8 months and he would only recieve services for a few months time.
