I was hesitant to leave a so so review, I was hoping to speak with a representative in person, but after several messages asking for a review, here it is. The process to schedule an appointment was great, the communication prior to the job was excellent and very pleasant, but I do think the job could have been done a bit better. I was in this type of business myself years ago. The employees that cleaned the carpets cleaned two large rooms in about 45 minutes. I would think it would take a bit longer.
