I stayed 9/6 and 9/7 /25. The check in clerk was horrendous. Worst check in service I have ever received. He was on the phone addressing an issue he said he had with a customer. He was the only one there to wait on us. He kept leaving the desk and coming back. This occurred at least 4 times. This took 15-20 minutes. Every time he came back he apologized with a total lack of sincerity. It was like we weren't even there. 2 other people behind me experienced the same issue and had to wait. Totally unprofessional. We were so pleased with our room. We had a king bedroom suite that was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated that housekeeping stopped by to ask if we needed anything . The room had nice conveniences like charging stations , microwave, espresso machine, fridge, etc. Bathrooms were well stocked. The desk manager was friendly and helpful. The place had a quiet and calm atmosphere, too!
