We were so pleased with our room. We had a king bedroom suite that was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated that housekeeping stopped by to ask if we needed anything . The room had nice conveniences like charging stations , microwave, espresso machine, fridge, etc. Bathrooms were well stocked. The desk manager was friendly and helpful. The place had a quiet and calm atmosphere, too!
It was a nice place to stay the staff was really nice and I enjoyed my stay the room was large enough and clean except there was still trash in one of our rubbish bin what was kinda disgusting but the rest looked really nice and the pull out couch was really comfortable compared to other ones I slept in Kanada. The only big problem we had was that the air conditioning was so loud you couldn’t sleep while it was on but without it was so hot that you couldn’t sleep either. The problem with this motel is that the room was way too hot. The tiny air-conditioner couldn't cool the room. There was heat coming from the gas fireplace that was not turned on. We had to sleep with our porch door open. Plus the TV didn't work. Management was not helpful. It does have a very nice Italian restaurant on the main floor.
