Some of the nurses there do not care about their patients. I have a family member there, that's been there for a week and have bathe only once. They haven't turned her or anything. Best believe I'm on that part.. Just becareful where you take your loved ones. Js
Horrible horrible rude staff. If you are placing a loved one here please be aware of the poor treatment they give to there patients when no one is watching. Would never ever recommend to ANYONE, giving it a star bc I’m required to put something but they don’t even deserve that.
My mom has been at the Waterton since January when she could no longer stay by herself. I visited several facilities in this area and I'm so glad I choose the Waterton. Even though it is an older facility I think I made the best choice. My mom has been very well taken care of . I am pleased with her care. The staff has been awesome.
Most of the staff have been very responsive and I feel my Mom is in good hands. Not many people truly understand the difficult nature of providing nursing care and grade nursing homes too harshly. There bad ones out there but this is clearly not one of them. Watch out for the rehab she is very conceited and unprofessional.
There are a few good apples, but for the most part the staff is very disappointing. I was made to leave on several occasions before my visiting time was up. One of the girls at the check in counter was always rude. My dad did not get assistance with a shower for almost a week while he was there after he and I made several requests. One of the staff even told him what do you need a shower for you'll be home on Saturday (3 days away). After reaching out to the head nurse the issue was addressed.
