I disagree with this recap of what occurred on your job. Watertight Roofing was made aware of the issue of shingle discoloration from a spilled bucket of water with rust. The installation crew was sent back and replaced shingles in the area. Your entire statement is inaccurate. Watertight Roofing hired a professional gutter company to try to appease you. I would give them zero stars if that was the option. Had a new roof put on and the very next day it started leaking Shaun and his dad (the B********s - the owners) came out and his dad said that needed to be fixed. Six years later, many phone calls and the roof is still leaking. So now we have cracks in the wall, ceiling damage, a ruined ceiling light because the water was coming into the light. All we are asking for is the roof to get fixed not to have reimbursement for the damages and still waiting on a return phone call.

I am sorry that you feel this way, especially when we have showed up every time that you reported any issues. This job is no longer under warranty and we were willing to go out and still fix any issues with our roofs but instead you chose to go this route. We also performed numerous water tests to the area and were unable to get the area to leak and one of the owners was on the roof with our repair tech while the water test was performed. I had an issue with damaged screens and was not getitng the response from the company until I was able to speak directly with the owner's wife who was able to get the screen repairs done and what took over 1 months was resolved within a week after get through to her. Thank. ***** *
The compancy was hired by the Property Management company of the Home Owners Association for replacing the roofs. During the installation of the new roof, the workers made various cuts in the lanai screening panels. Multiple panels have large cuts in them. The company has been contacted various times and always told that someone will call back. No response No follow up. Poor customer service and not reputable work.

My apologies for any issues that you had during the process. We were provided a list of screen issues that happened during the project by the Property Management Company. We forwarded that list to our screen repair technician. It appears that your unit may have been looked over. Our project manager did speak with you on 6/22/22 to apologize for overlooking it and we have given our screen repair tech your contact info to set up the repair. So we are working toward getting this resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Amanda with Watertite Roofing did what she promised to do, exactly when she said she would do it. She kept me happy which is not always easy to do! Watertight managed everything with my Insurance Company, and even repaired my squirrel holes. 5 Stars and I hope I never have to use you again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Watertight.
I sent a quote/contact request through BBB. No one ever responded, so I sent another request through THEIR website. No one responded or contacted me.
