Well, how should I put this? They don’t have robes for a person my size. Or they said they do but they “had a person like you already today, so.... [nervous frowny face]” The staff aren’t at fault here, but they should definitely ask the manager/owners to invest in enough robes so that when beautifully fat goddesses like myself come in for a paid service, we can do it. Bright and clean. Can have some outside road noise permeate the massage rooms but have always enjoyed the massage itself. Really enjoy the steam and sauna.
If you haven’t tried it do it! The Ohanami is simply lovely...my skin looked and felt amazing. The products/aromas were a perfect blend🌸

Great spa and staff! They went the extra mile today and helped me surprise a friend with appetizers between appointments for her birthday! Love it there - they are wonderful! Plus the building has such a beautiful retro feel!
