Upon move in at Waterstone I discovered there were roaches, and I immediately called the office. I was told that the exterminator had just left and they would see when they can get them back out. I called and emailed the office and management for 4 days about canceling the lease and receiving a refund. The final response from the manager was that they could do it as a 30 day cancellation and I wouldn’t get my $1657 back. Mind you I haven’t stayed one night at this place.
