It's okay place I like it but I don't like some of the people that in it so be careful if you decide to live here there are people that are too nosy and tattletales here and they can be mean but the manager and the maintenance Good here they do take care of the building like it should

WARNING to all service providers Waterstone will charge up a large bill quickly and then not pay you for your services. They got me for over $4000.00 in less than 2 months and now will not respond to my calls. All the management company would tell me was that the owners aren’t paying all their bills. Save yourself a lot of time and money and not do business with this company.

The greatest apt complex I've lived in. Diane the building manager is great and really works with you. They also have a social worker that works here. Very clean. No riff raff. Internet and computers in the study, plenty of books and television if you would rather not sit in your apartment. Large apartments (1 and 2 bedrooms) great for the elderly. They pretty much have an event scheduled for every day\evening of the week. It's a rather long waiting list with good reason. Nobody wants to move. Very understandable since there... read more
