Nine months into the mortgage, Waterstone sold the account to another company. I could have lived with that but the company they sold to has BBB rating of D and a Trustpilot rating 1.9. I contacted them earlier to ask why my mortgage payment hadn't been taken from checking account and they didn't respond. Notice said new rate would be $200 higher. I do not recommend using Waterstone.
