Do not deal with Flordian Isle I, that is part of Waterstone. The assosiation president and board are crooks. They expect homeowners to read their CC&R manuel without giving a copy for the conveyance of the information. In my situation, they have refused to return \$1150 rental deposit, after selling the property to a new owner, over two months ago. Worst association, they are very racist toward me and my family. They gain up, with the member to try to make life difficult. I have call the discrimination agency to report them, and more victim should do the same. Very unprofessional.
The application process is spendy, but for good reason. They run a full background check and only allow desirable people to reside here. No one with a terrible history. I as a mom appreciate that. Im thankful to be a resident and enjoy this area. Its beautifully maintained and well worth the extra costs.
Horrible experience so far dont waste your time or money with waterstone. \$100 per person just to apply. Takes 30 days or more to get a call back. The staff is extremely unfriendly with the exception of 1 nice woman the man who spoke with me was extremely rude and didnt even try to help me out. Definetley dont reccomend this association to anyone. They just want money!
