Waterstone goes under 1220 commonwealth they are scam artist .. anyone renting please go to 311 they have multiple code violations don’t they don’t fix anything … they are a scam Jewish company that take advantage of people .. they refuse to give their name or show proof of them trying to fix repairs DO NOT RENT!

Stay away from them! All they care about is collecting money I had a water leak for 5 months out of 8 months that I have been living here. They just do not care that the building is falling apart because of the water leak. Keep saying “we will fix it next week” and its been going on for 5 months. Filed about 6 complaints to 311 - nothing changed
