I went in to tour this property and was greeted by Makayla. She was warm, inviting and made sure to answer all my questions and asked me some that I hadn't thought of. My tour of the property was wonderful but upon us exiting the apartment I was going to leave but Makayla reminded me that my identification was in her office. My partner and I just moved in here from the Ardent in Mill Creek, where we unfortunately had to deal with mold contamination, as well as their extremely shady and unkind leasing agents. Mainly putting this in to help renters stay AWAY from there and hopefully encourage them to come here at Waterstone. The Waterstone has been a breath of fresh air (literally)! very efficient maintenance work and fixed my problem right away! always friendly
They very helpful and very nice, I love my 1 bedroom I have so much space.
I lived here for many years. Use to be a great place. Just recently switched management companies. New company is terrible. Won't help when you need it. Doesn't answer calls all day. Likely a private equity company. Avoid if you don't want to be treated as a checkbook despite living there for years.
