Maintenance team is always friendly and works fast.
The best place to call my home. Have been living here for 3 years. The staff is amazing and I have not had any issues.
My range got super damaged in a freak accident, and maintenance kindly replaced my entire range the same-day, just a couple of hours after I submitted the request. Everyone who's helped me from the maintenance team has been super kind, helpful and work fast to get issues resolved, one of many factors that has made Waterstone a wonderful place to live.
I love this apartment complex! It isn’t the fanciest or most modern, but the appliances work well. We’ve never had any major problems and the units are all so big
