I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent move-in experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations and I hope this input can help improve future resident experiences. The apartment was not cleaned prior to move-in and was in unacceptable condition. While a follow-up cleaning was provided, it was not thorough. Had a great time living here. Loved the leasing agents and the quite environment. The prices were some of the best in the area too!
