I lived here for many years. Use to be a great place. Just recently switched management companies. New company is terrible. Won't help when you need it. Doesn't answer calls all day. Likely a private equity company. Avoid if you don't want to be treated as a checkbook despite living there for years.

I’ve been trying to get my holding deposit refunded for nearly two months, and despite following up multiple times, I continue to receive the same response—that they’re “working on it.” Unfortunately, nothing ever seems to get resolved. The lack of communication, organization, and follow-through has been frustrating. A refund that should have been a straightforward process has turned into months of unnecessary delays.
Maintenance team is always friendly and works fast.
