Wonderful Management Team! I’ve had such a great experience here. Malea (the manager) and Makayla (the receptionist) make an awesome team — they’re always friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents. You can tell they both enjoy what they do, and it really shows in how they handle things with such a positive attitude. It makes such a difference living somewhere managed by people who love their jobs and treat everyone with kindness and respect.
I have to say maintenance staff is great. Meanwhile, living at Waterstone for the last 3 months has been incredibly frustrating due to an ongoing and unresolved issue with marijuana smoke entering our apartment. For the past three months, the smell has been constant and overwhelming, making it impossible to enjoy our home. We reported the situation to management, and although they claimed to have spoken to the tenants responsible, nothing changed in fact, the smoking only increased. Mike was on time and ready to work. Using an electric leaf blower to clear dryer vents should be done on at least a yearly basis. Using a rotary brush does not remove lint.
Beautiful property - public areas are really nice. Pool, center house, fitness center and dog area. I also like to nature trails. Units are spacious and nice to have 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit. Parking is close to the bldg, which is nice for wheel chair access. Very impressed with the establishment
