Great place to live at, small and comfy apartments. The new management Esmeralda is very helpful and nice we have been asking to renew our lease and she helped us right away.
I was here between October 2023 and March of 2024. My partner and I moved across the country together and chose Waterstone, reluctantly without ever visiting first. Money was tight and this seemed like the most affordable place. Staff was friendly at first, move-in was smooth and the first week or so was fine. Fix the key fobs for god sakes. A lot of residents are upset because we don’t have access to the recreational areas (gym,pools) I have to call the front office which only sometimes works because they don’t answer the phone , or flag down a maintenance person, or bother someone who is already using the areas which I don’t do because it’s embarrassing. I’ve called and sent emails, nothing has worked. They’re is no urgency to fix the problem, this is the only reason we’re considering not continuing to rent here, other then that... read more
I’ve lived here since 2016 and moved out in sept 2024 and I’ve seen lots of tenants come and go. My take on this apartments is mostly on the administration side of things. A huge lack in communication with issues that needed to be resolved by the city. I’m guessing it’s because the property management company has changed hands frequently. As a property as a whole it falling apart. Exterior lights flicker like a dance club if there is a light installed at all. If I could respond to the response of the review we put I would put it there but I can’t. I’ve already expressed my concerns before through a review under a different email, I received a response through that review to send an email. We sent an email and still after 3 weeks have yet to receive a response, I’ve emailed and tried to call multiple times but can’t seem to get through.
