I like living at Waterstone, because of the open floor plans of the apartments. I love the my lake view Apt. for which I pay extra. Waterstone got new management summer of 2021. (I have lived here for 3 years.) The good: New fountain installed in lake and breeze ways are cleaned routinely The bad:: Routine maintenance of outdoor common areas is poor.
