We have lived here for just a little over a year and have nothing but great feedback to offer. The staff in the office are super friendly and always informative, the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and so quick to respond when there are issues. The grounds are kept up and it’s so nice to walk around the complex with all the sidewalks. The location is perfect. Close to everything. Shopping, restaurants and bars and many within walking distance. Always peaceful. Couldn’t be more pleased to call this home. Thank you.
Over all, my experience at Waterstone has been positive. Once working through a towing issue early on, it has gone uphill. It is a safe and welcoming area. Maintenance is always extremely helpful with even the small things, like changing light bulbs, etc. Cody has been very helpful in communicating important information to residents and assisting with lease questions.
So happy I moved here! Gabriela and Patricia on the management team were wonderful in answering all my questions and concerns as a first time renter. Gabriela was also amazing at being super on top of communication as I moved shortly after Milton landed and was concerned about any damage to my unit and how the conditions of the community were.
