Don’t let them fool you, this place is HIDEOUS!!!! Cops there all the time, water leaks, mold, bugs, apartments & cars broken into and there is NO sense of urgency from management! Definitely lies are told to get you in or appease you during a situation you’re trying to get resolved. Another resident there told me, you’re better off being homeless and no truer words were ever spoken! Sad because Waterstone used to be a wonderful place to live but now NO ONE CARES! My son James lives in WaterStone Apartments in Mesa Az. He has complained about a leak to their management about a leak over tub everyday for nine weeks. They told him they need to get approval from the company. Well this morning early the roof fell in Now there not answering phone calls. Terrible place to live. Not cheap rent either. $1100, per month one bedroom. They advertise $835 per month and the rest is add one. Never stay here renter bewhere.

the apartment management will forget about me very quickly. Thanks to their attorney the apartment manager, I will have more tainted years to remember their bad deeds for years to come.
They could do that by making sure their tenants don't move in to a roach infested apartment. The office reps are not able to act quickly enough to resolve such a disgusting situation. Extremely disappointed to have moved in.
we have lived here for a while now and the matinence is terrible not to mention the office staff try to screw you out of every dime. there has been a gaping hole in my roof for 2 weeks because they didn't fix a week for 2 weeks. now I'm pregnant and inhaling mold and insulation but all they want to do is come measure the windows at 8am for no reason
