They perform hard pulls on peoples credit. CARLOS Dropped my family’s credit down 100 points.. ridiculous. BEWARE. Not open or transparent with rental process. Legal action will be taken.
Lived there for 4 years too long. We always paid rent on time We spent 3 months (the whole summer) with a broken AC. In those 3 months they had about 3 different vendors to come and LOOK at it before making the decision to finally replace it. There was no apology or any update for us we were left in the dark. It doesn’t help that the 1 bedroom I was in had no air circulation what so ever, it was like living in a cave.
