HOAs Waterstone are not doing the right thing. I took them to court for charges of around $120,000 to $135.00 payment for landscaping. The community was asking for proof of payment for the landscaping bill. 20 weeks of landscaping work, costing around $130.000, is a lot of money. They did not provide the information and left it to another community, under a different name.
