There are many residents smoking marijuana on the territory. They smoke in the pool, on the balcony, in the presence of children. The administration does not respond to complaints. The answer to all questions is: "WE CAN'T HELP!" The contract can only be terminated through fines. There are many dogs under the windows, which are walked without cleaning up after them. Strangers often rummage through garbage bins.

I am a resident at Waterstone, Savannah and Kayleigh work in the Leasing office are exceptional. They are kind, courteous, and very professional. They are both very willing to take the time to assist me in any issues, and always the question is answered and resolved. It is so nice to have these two ladies in the office, it truly make Waterstone my home.
