I went on Saturday for a get-together with my friends and the place was great. It's warm and spacious for families. The security staff was very kind and friendly. They even invited us to move into the building. I thought their behavior was excellent.I had to comment on it. I love a place where the staff is friendly even if they don't live there. I'll definitely consider moving.It's worth mentioning that she is really very gentle when dealing with people.
Edgar was quick to respond and very knowledgeable on both times that I needed maintenance. Once with my air conditioner and another with my refrigerator. Glad he is part of the Waterstone’s maintenance team
This review is for Edgar who helps with maintenance. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and any time I’ve had an issue or I’ve needed something fixed he is ON IT with the BEST ATTITUDE. I’ve never met someone who works in maintenance with such a great and responsive attitude. He also makes sure everything is fixed with extreme care and up to property management standards. I am super grateful for him!
