NO QUALITY, RUN AWAY!! Terrible quality. Duct work wasn’t connected, broken cabinets, broken window seals, improperly laid tiles, bowed walls, and lacked insulation in the attic of the new build.
Purchased home back in September. So many quality checks are missed. They will try their best to not take any responsibility.
Build quality, warranty and options included are mediocre at best and disappointing. Lot of issues with the construction (speaks of the quality of their construction). For about 450+ home community, the amenities are very disappointing. They charge a lot for the homes, but don't have any amenities at all. The location of the community is excellent, and while home prices are on the higher side, the two-story home plans offer a good value compared to single-level homes. However, one notable drawback is the lack of outdoor recreational spaces within such a large community. There are no facilities for sports like basketball, volleyball, or pickleball.
