Absolutely Worst Build Quality. There is one heavy rain after we moved in. And we have water leaking in all windows. Some friends in the community reported even bigger water leaks, splashes through the window (And these are all new builds still within the one year warranty). Their quality was too bad, and they say during build process that they have 3 quality control checks and inspections at each stage.
