We are relocating near Gilbert to be near the grandkids. I have been doing some research on new homes in the area. I see the "reviews" and some seem jaded and some seem over inflated. You get a lot on the net. All with a grain of salt. However, the one stars seem to take some nasty pics of the condition. I am guessing they didn't go to all that trouble to just be a pain. Just not trustworthy. They aren’t worried about you, they want your money. Then they’ll take more if you make complaints about the quality.
