DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in june of 2022, the HOA fees were $90. They are currently $195. They will continuously raise them for “upkeep” of the neighborhood. All they do is construction of the “clubhouse” that 5% of the residents even use. There is constant construction going on and huge trucks parked on the roads at all times. My daughter’s bus can’t even get down my street half the time because of the workers blocking the road off. It is not worth it to move here , trust me.

Wonderful community for young people. Not so much for seniors
