Communication is horrible. They give you the run around and tried to give an excuse. For example if the front office have disruption with its system and the tenant comes and ask if their work order is going to be completed today, they disregard that and say well it depends when you are in line for it. They could’ve communicated that they didn’t have access to their system due to whatever reason so the tenant can make other arrangements earlier in the day instead at 4pm-5pm. I lived here for four years. The apartments themselves are basically fine, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. Aside from the occasional resident, the place is generally quiet and peaceful. However, there were downsides: cars get vandalized (it happened to me three times), and the common areas fell into disrepair.
