Hi, I have lived at Waterside Villiage for the past five years and I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness of Our building. I know your staff noticed it when they do tours and they seem to be unbothered. I know some of this is due to some of our residence, but I don’t believe that some of the rules are being enforced as they should be Also, the staff turn around in the office, makes it very hard for resident management relationships, where are residents and staff feel comfortable discussing the things that are going aroun... read more
So far so good I have great experience staying at the apartment. And most especially amen victor fadaka ( leasing associate) sayari caraballo (assistant manager) along side the maintenance guys, they have been part of my great experience living here
If I could give it a -0 I absolutely would! So if you are interested in an apartment where a leasing agent doesnt know anything about their own property. Management never returns phone calls Management going to lunch at the same time. Enjoy the beautiful grounds of wet grass and dog feces in the grass and in their concrete hallways Do you enjoy broken elevators half the time? Weed smell at random hours of the day?
