The leasing office team is always professional and friendly, and maintenance responds quickly whenever I’ve needed help. The community is clean, safe, and has great amenities like the pool and fitness center. I also love how convenient the location is to shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend Waterside Village to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.
I received an awesome experience when I came to make an inquiry about this property. Victor was very patient and helpful. He gave me all the information I needed. This property and location is 10/10. I highly recommend.
UPDATE: I transferred to a upgraded unit and a week prior to this the leasing agent tells me "we need to make sure the unit is clean and fixed before we can let you see it. Day before to move in I got off work at 11 am to move in early and it was arranged to pick up keys and I could start moving. Leasing agent tells me "we discussed 3 o clock to have you move in. 1. Appliances are old, broken and always need maintenance. Fridge was replaced without my knowledge when I moved in-- was not the original and it was obvious. They think we don't notice-- we do. 2. Washer does not soak clothes regardless of what setting you have it on and I've complained for months now. They will NOT replace it even though they charge you for the water bill which you have to use a lot of in order to get one load done.
