UPDATE: I transferred to a upgraded unit and a week prior to this the leasing agent tells me "we need to make sure the unit is clean and fixed before we can let you see it. Day before to move in I got off work at 11 am to move in early and it was arranged to pick up keys and I could start moving. Leasing agent tells me "we discussed 3 o clock to have you move in. 1. Appliances are old, broken and always need maintenance. Fridge was replaced without my knowledge when I moved in-- was not the original and it was obvious. They think we don't notice-- we do. 2. Washer does not soak clothes regardless of what setting you have it on and I've complained for months now. They will NOT replace it even though they charge you for the water bill which you have to use a lot of in order to get one load done. I lived here for just under 2 years and never had any issues. I worked with Galeb from touring the complex until handing over my keys and he always made sure we were taken care of quickly. Would definitely move back here if we were in the area again!
