If you’re going to use this office make sure you don’t get Wendy Lewis. She’ll just try gaslighting you into thinking she’s been trying to communicate with you, then will send a petty email trying to personally attack you when you request a new agent. Extremely unprofessional and her behavior indicates a pattern of unclear communication and unnecessary escalation of minor issues.
