In a word? BEWARE. In many more words? Well...here we go... As the president of the Boat Slip HOA in our neighborhood, we have frequent issues that arise at many of our (almost 100) docks which are 24 years old. Left without much choice, we have worked with Waterside Docks for the majority of structural repairs, despite the over-promising, missed arrival dates, and total lack of communication mentioned by other reviewers of this company, and specifically, Randy Keith.
