No reflection on the reception staff or the hygienist, but the company that owns this practice is the worst. The offices in my town were closed at a moment’s notice and I was given no notice other than the person confirming my cleaning telling me it was the last day the office would be open. The staff seemed to have been unaware that they were losing their jobs until the week before. I will never visit any practice owned by whatever company Waterside dental operates under. They took their time and made sure to keep my teeth alive! I appreciate it so much. They meticulously worked around the winner so us to save the tooth and I really appreciate it!
Mira did an outstanding job today cleaning my teeth. I am not happy though that I found out today that they are permanently closing. No prior notice. Will definitely not be going to the locations that were given to me today. I live in Venice and am certainly not going to travel to Sarasota or Port Charlotte. Extremely unprofessional to be given no notice until my visit today.
Pleasant as can be. Very attentive and accommodating.
