I am currently in the process of building a home with Pulte in the Bison Ridge subdivision located in San Antonio, Texas. Throughout this process, I have been highly recommending Pulte to everyone I’ve spoken to, sharing how positive my experience has been. Poor Workmanship, Health Risks Ignored, and Warranty Failures Building my first new home has been an incredibly disappointing experience, riddled with negligence and poor workmanship. Shortly after moving in, a significant leak above the furnace caused severe mold growth. My Daughter had a house built in Winding Meadows and I assisted her throughout the process. Although we had some issues during the building phase, I cannot say enough good things about our construction manager Heath. He was very responsive to our issues and requests and never seemed bothered when we contacted him. He has excellent communication skills and would typically respond back within 24 hours if we emailed him about something we saw in the house that needed to be addressed. Michael Pacini sr worked there and he’s a real scumbag!!!! Instead of painting he was spending his time trying to seduce my wife!!! He has a sex swing in his garage and he pays 250 for sex!!!!! PS. He likes hot wax on his balls!!!
