This place is OK to live. Terrible part is that they don't care about residents. Have been living here for 5 years and moving out. My lease ends in a month but they still want 60 days notice or going to charge for an extra month. They don't care that you've been loyal and disciplined renter for 5 years, recommended 2 more families to move here. They just want to charge you for whatever they can. Management is absolutely unwilling to take your side.

Recently I inquired about an apartment at Waterside and spoke to Jessica. She was awesome and provided me with exceptional customer service and was willing to answer all of my questions. If you are looking to move to this property, Jessica will definitely make you feel like you are right at home.
The people in the office are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The people in the office are familiar with the local area. They staff seems to genuinely care about the residents and are very willing to work with you to find a living situation that works perfectly for you. The interior design and decor is homey and inviting and contemparory at the same time. The apartments are very modern and updated while still being more affordable than actually living inside Reston Town Center. I would recommend to anyone!

I toured here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions about the area. The apartments were very nice and I loved the hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances!
Do Not Move Here! The place is safe and nice enough aside from never being able to find a parking space and nightly tow truck drivers. But if you want any portion of a security deposit back, this isn't the place. When we were moving out they didn't want to do a walk through with us, just by themselves. We said we had to do the walk through with them, so they came and said we would lose about $100-$150 from our deposit.
