Horrible. Unsafe and displeased experience living here! Lease ends in 3 months never been so excited!
When I moved in great. After 3 years moved out. Black mold and brown mold. They paint over it but never clean. Ceiling collapsed twice from water leaks. Ants in carpet. Talk to neighbors before moving in.
I have lived here for 3 yrs I have never had a crime problem noise issue .If a issue of maintenance has arrived they are right on it.the stuff Cheryl and William are the best Doug Maintence is awesome and one the some .I am personal not a apartment person , but I feel safe here with the staff and many Chesterfield officers that live here.This is one of the cleanest safest apartments in Chester to live.When I get my home built finally in 2017 I will actually miss it . strange since I never thought I like a apartment life.
