Cockaroaches here are insane no matter how much i clean and spray. Id even wake up to cockaroaches on me, disgusting! HORRIBLE LOCATION AND NO SECURITY. Theres constantly homeless people walking around coming up to doors knocking, and people have tried to break in my neighbors place at night. You will constantly see cops here. Cops have also knocked on my door regarding other crime trying to see if i had any info. These condos are located between two gas stations with 0 gate/security so it attracts a lot of bad people. HOA fees are more than it's worth. they are trying to make it more aesthetic to the eye, but you can dress up the outside. But it's the " guts" that count.
Update: HOA is now forcing landlords to raise rent by 100 on EVERY RENEWAL. This place is a dump, it’s not worth what they are charging and should be condemned. I can not wait to get out of this black mold infested rat trap. Update: HOA confirmed in writing that their "governing documents" arent even approved by Sentry Management. The paperwork they send out is full of typos and even contains profanity. This place is a total joke. This place deserves zero stars. Ive lived here for around 7 months now. Ive seen all the negative reviews and I was worried moving in. The management here has apparently changed since I moved here. Birgit has done a great job so far. The upkeep in my complex has been great. There have been a few bug issues but nothing major. Parking is here and there but ive always found a spot. The location is perfect everything is close by. For such an affordable place im very pleased with my stay thusfar 👍👍
