My fiancé and I recently moved out of Waterside after living there for two years-we loved living there! The property manager, Michelle, was responsive and accommodating, maintenance was speedy and thorough, and the amenities were great.
Wonderful place to live! Only there for a few months. Maintenance on time and fixes everything right away. Always someone to answer any questions. Michelle was wonderful and helpful with everything!
My family and I truly enjoyed our time at the Waterside apartments. Michelle ( property manager) does a very good job at ensuring the property and units are well maintained. The Maintenance crew promptly responds to issues. It is clean, quiet and within a great Elementary school district. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone that’s looking.
Michelle is by far the best property manager/landlord I have ever worked with. Waterside Apartments is meticulously maintained, has all the right amenities, and a maintenance staff that quickly resolves any issues. The community at Waterside Apartments is inviting and comfortable with neighbors who are friendly and considerate. I can not think of a single negative experience we had with Michelle, Mckenzie properties, or any of our neighbors.
