The Watershed was a horrible experience for me. I desperately wanted to recover. When I got there I was left on my own for days without any kind of therapy. When I was finally able to share my "letter to my addiction", which I put my heart and soul into, I was in a group and the therapist was completely unengaged and distracted and was talking to herself about something and I might as well not have been there.
