I was disappointed with my Manhattan last evening. It was not served in a chilled Martini glass. Buttermilk chicken overcooked. However our waiter was great!

The four of us shared the Chef's choice option and tried six different dishes that were all amazing. All the food was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic.
The meal wasn't on me this time (fortunately), but I would be more than willing to pay it back in kind. Rarely is this level of price matched or exceeded in relative quality, but Watershed goes far above and beyond. An excellent venue for celebration.
Incredible experience all around. The food, drink, and atmosphere all make this spot well worth trying out.
Hot chicken who? If you want the best fried chicken in town skip the highly overrated HCT and check out watershed. Sweetbreads and the house burger were excellent as well. Can't wait to go back.
