I am very disappointed in this business. The last time I washed my car the entire roof was scratched up so I decided to cancel my fastpass membership. I cancelled it yesterday and they charged my card anyway. After multiple attempts to reach customer service, I finally spoke with the manager Gabriel and he was not helpful at all.
Be weary of the $1 first month membership offer. I took advantage of it, got a wash, and went home and cancelled the membership immediately. Fast forward a month and I get a charge for $26! Absolute robbery!
This is one of the worst car washes I’ve ever seen. Do not purchase the wheel cleaning service because they don’t actually clean the wheels. They washed the car so quickly that many areas were still muddy. Also, the machine spins too fast and ends up scratching the car’s surface.
‼️PLEASE READ‼️ I went here about 2 months ago to get my car washed. While I was going through it I heard a loud bang on top of my car. I said to the person who was in the car with me “I hope they didn’t damage my car”. When I got out I saw 2 small dents on the top of my car.
