We hired him to build our deck, which he did (not happy with).. very shady, always late, needed more money. Did not let us know to pull a permit, which was fine we received a letter, filled out the application, he promised he would help with the layout for the paperwork, never seen him again, wont return phone calls. Very shady character, lie’s, undependable, do not Beleave anything he tells you! Abandon our job without finishing it and he was paid.... my fault For trusting bad news person. Beware
