Landlords are slow to respond, unprofessional, and rarely fix anything that a request is put in for. There was a leak in the sink, they simply turned the water pressure off instead of fixing it. There was rust and water damage in the sinks, they came by and 'fixed them', which was just spray painting over them with white paint. Lived there for 2 years Walls are paper thin. Water heater tanks are only 30Gal. Do not expect more than a 15-20min hot shower. And it takes 1hr to refill and heat up before the next shower. They do nothing to mitigate the geese and there is dog/goose poop all over the property all spring, summer and fall The gym equipment is 20+ years old except for one treadmill. For the most part staying here has been great outside of the recent break in attempts of residents cars. Unfortunately here recently the management specifically Wendy was really rude and disrespectful with her communication could’ve been a bad day for her but professionalism is a must when handling peoples questions and or concerns. On the bright side, I haven’t ran into any disrespect or unwelcoming behavior from anyone else.
I've lived here more than a year now, and it's one of the best places I have ever lived. It is quiet (except for some occasionally unruly geese), no drama. It's clean -- you don't see trash all over the grounds. The women in the office have always been nice and considerate to me. The in-house maintenance guys are fantastic. Parking is plentiful.
