The option to give this complex a zero wasn't possible , however this is what it is deserving of. I am disappointed and disgusted by the treatment that is given to some of the tenants here. People are constantly saying that the South has the nicest people in the world... People who care for their neighbours and clients. That saying is complete garbage.
