Bought 5 pallets had no issue with the quality of the product! Laid well all took, would definitely use these guys again!! Friendly fast service, great product and even greater people!
Folks are always friendly but the product was garbage. 2 pallets delivered one was pretty good it laid okay the second skid was garbage!! It was nitrogen burnt and mostly dead from being stacked too long before I got it, it was dry and I Couldn't lift it off the pallet without it crumbling and falling apart . It had no webbing in it like the first pallet to hold it together. That was in September and now its August and most of it still dead!!! Folks are always friendly but the product was not good. 2 pallets delivered one was good it laid nice didn't break up the second skid was garbage!! Couldn't lift it off the pallet without it crumbling . It had no webbing in it like the first pallet. I tried rolling it up but when I laid it down it would break apart so I have to piece it in and that takes 3 times as long to lay!!! They did not care! "That's just the way it is" they said.
