The hygienist was extremely rough. But never ever will I go backMy gums on the bottom behind the two front teeth feel raw. I asked her to work on the top and she did for a second and went back to scraping my gums. I really think she hit a nerve. My right hand fingers turned green! Been a satisfied patient of Dr Waters for about 26 yrs. Don't foresee any change in that unless she retires.
The actual dentist isn't bad, however the hygienist that clean your teeth are very bad. I've never had such a bad experience. I was talked down to and treated like a child that need scolded. They hurt my gums so bad that I had to take pain medication for two days. Even when I said that they were hurting and obviously was wincing while they worked, they told me it was my fault it hurt. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. Ever.
I was experiencing chewing problems. Dr. Water’s dental assistant assistant ( Carol) spotted the problem and had Dr. Waters repair it. My mouth feels the best that it has felt in months. Thank you Carol and Dr. Waters. I appreciate your attention to detail. God bless, Frank Cannella
