The property is very well kept and Nicole the property manager is very helpful and stays on top of things for the residents. She is quick to respond to requests and very polite.

Watch out for Nicole, the most passive aggressive and rude agent in the front. I came here and asked about a one bed one bath. Nicole told me to wait outside as she was on a phone call that I was unaware about and apologized. She finishes the call and is shuffling papers around and I’ve been waiting 10 minutes. So I just ask how long it would take so maybe I could get a coffee and come back if she needs more time. The new maintenance manager Josue is very friendly and helpful! I was having a problem attaching my license plate in the parking lot when he happened to walk past, and he fixed it for me right then. The five stars are for Josue.
When I used to live there, the old lady that works there decided to call my dad instead of talking to me directly about her concern. I am an adult, so I don't know why she's treating me like a kid. The experience I had was bad.
