I paid this company over 2 thousand dollars to fix prolems with my unit. They came out five or six times and never repaired it. It seemed like they tricked me with temporary fixes. I was hung up on when asking why I had paid so much money and still my unit didnt work. I would ask to speak with the service guy and they would say that he doesnt have a phone.
