I would like to personally appologize to Cole Slater. I'm the daughter to the owner of this business and he has always done an amazing job, going above and beyond. He retired and sold the business to someone we thought would be an excellent person to take over. It started that way, but turned into lies and drug problems, and unfortunately bad work and bad jobs. I am sorry that he has disgraced the business and reputation my father built and earned and that you experienced that.
I would not do business with this company again. Paid for a furnace installation which was completed with no filter installed and no removal of the old furnace. The owner moved the old furnace into a bedroom and left it there on the carpet. I have made repeated attempts to get the owner to address this but he does not answer my calls and refuses to return my messages.
