I had a terrible experience with this business. While the woman I spoke with was polite and gracious, the men were generally ill-tempered and unpleasant. They did not explain the issues they had with the item I had repaired and did such an aesthetically displeasing job, in the end I re-did the job myself. I have had work done by them many times in the past, but will no longer.
Great customer service! Turns out we didn't even need the piece we went to buy. They showed us how to fiix our problem with what we had. Wonderful people.
Wondering iff your company at Waters Electric are hiring apprentice . I am some what employed at this time but work has slowed down and we havein't work in 3 days. things doesn't look to pick up in 2 months.
