Staff are great at their jobs. Building is kept clean every day. The food is good and management goes above and beyond for the residents and staff.

A loved one had to find care in a long-term care facility at the beginning of 2023. This is the worst decision anyone has to make for a loved one and crushes the heart more than anything else. It was a decision made with much guilt, regret and general sadness. The staff at Water's Edge has been wonderful caregivers and engage with my person often. My husband is on the cottage at waters edge village, the care that he receives I don’t even have words to express my appreciation. All the staff there are wonderful and compassionate and I would not wish him to be any other place thank you all for what you do ♥️
