A do nothing property management company. They drag their feet on anything that requires their attention, provide inaccurate information and ignore tenants calls and messages. It would be wise to avoid the properties they manage.
This realtor handles property management for quite a few properties in Lee County. There are quite a few of these properties that are mold infested. This company keeps sweeping things under the rug , they even had a woman evicted because she refused to pay rent for mold complaints. I myself have gotten sick from entering one of these properties. I have pics , proof from mold testing companies. This company should receive heavy fines & or lose its license from failure to protect their clients.
Ambiance may be lacking but food was awesome
