The staff is friendly, helpful and understanding. I'm so glad that, after 8 years of suffering miserable pain, I was referred to this place. There's light at the end of the tunnel!
Recommendedyou walk in there hurting I've had several shots in my back every three months I take two shots and it eases my pain for about 3 months you will feel no pain they are wonderful nice and excellent place.
Oh I dont know, maybe accept new patients? My doctor worked for months with you guys to get me in there just for you guys to call my doctor back and say that you werent interested in treating me. You guys didnt even have the backbone to call me and tell me yourselves. Meanwhile my lumbar back pain is worse than its ever been. You guys could care less though.
They have alway been great with me. Doc is taking care of my Occipital neuralgia without going to a Neurologist. Love this place...
Dr. Gave me a shot in the wrong side! WTAH? Don’t they read the patients chart before they stab ya with a needle?
I had a wonderful experience at this facility. Dr Kwon is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him. All the staff was very nice and helpful.
Absolute worst front office staff! Extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. I’ve been here 3 times and each time I’ve been here they left me standing at the sign without being greeted or welcomed while they both continued doing what they were doing whether that was reading something at their desk or straightening papers around them.
Condescending doctor Kim. Wants to impress you with his knowledge. His PA Jeff is worthless. Patients are made to feel like criminals.
Absolutely horrible service. Why do places like this employ people with no interpersonal skills??
