Absolute garbage home builder. I bought a brand new townhome from them and have had the worst experience a home buyer could imagine. Staff is all unprofessional as you will find in any business - late to respond and when they do, always have an attitude. We closed on a home built by Waters Edge Group and it has been the most disappointing experience. They delivered a house with the worst paint job I’ve ever seen. Even after sending painters out to “fix” it they just removed our tape marking repairs without touching so many surfaces. Every window and stair need repainted, and every stained surface is a MESS.
