I'd give them no stars if I could! Since new owners back in 2022/2023, THE PLACE SUCKS! Roads are filled with pot holes, lights are out pretty much ALL OVER THE PARK! NOT SAFE TO WALK AT NIGHT! STRANGERS STAYING IN EMPTY TRAILERS, ROAMING THROUGH PROPERTIES! OWNERS DON'T CARE!!! JUST PAY THE RENT! PEOPLE SPEEDING DOWN THE ROWS! DON'T CHECK THE UP KEEP OF THE RENTALS!
