The installation of the dock was excellent and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. However, the customer service, customer centricity and communications were awful. I called for an estimate in May 2022. Had a sales rep at my residence shortly after.. I approved the scope of work and was asked to immediately pay 50% ($1208) of the $2416.
