Nice & quiet neighborhood. The problems I had in 5 years living there are with the management company. The balconies are inaccessible due to structural damage, maintenance has come in unannounced, moved furniture around & didn't fix it when they left. My car was hit in the parking lot (directly in front of a camera) and they would not provide the footage for the police report. It's a great place to live
The maintenance people entered my condo without permission I actually caught them seemed a little uncomfortable with me not trying to say it's black thing however
